DISTRICT ASSEMBLY & NMI CONVENTION

APRIL 8-10 @ SPOKANE VALLEY NAZARENE

District Assembly and Missions Convention will be combined this year.

Delegate Information: If your church elects NMI delegates in addition to Assembly delegates, the NMI delegates will need to attend the whole assembly. Your church is encouraged to elect delegates to serve as both Assembly and NMI delegates. Be sure to submit the Assembly Certificate of Election and the NMI Certificate of Election on the District App.

ATTENTION: DISTRICT APP

All pastors, delegates and attendees need to download the new app prior to arrival at assembly.

The app we are using for District Assembly is called "My District App." The app is available for download at any app store. Be sure to select "Northwest District" as the district.

For Android: the app is called com.districttoolbox.app. ( If that doesn't work, try My District App) 

Once downloaded it will appear as My District App.

Annual Reporting

GENERAL CHURCH REPORT

Annual Pastor’s Report – submitted online

  • A help document can be found here
  • Please note that line 8 in the Church Membership Section for Fellowship Members must be 0, since the district does not have a policy allowing Fellowship Members. 

 

DISTRICT REPORTING PROCESS

Other annual reports, listed below, will be submitted through the District Toolbox App.

Current Users:

New Users:

  • If you have not yet created an account, go to https://app.nwdistrict.org/create-account.
  • Enter your name, email, and create a password. Select your local church.
  • The "access code" to register is: NorthwestPastors

Your church page includes:

  • Basic church information (church address, phone number, website, etc.). You can edit this information if anything needs updating. You can also upload a photo of yourself.
  • Statistics from the past three years.
  • Links to the reports, listed below, to be completed.

Access: Please limit the number of people with District Toolbox account access to two from each local church. This should be the lead pastor and one additional person (associate pastor, office administrator, etc.).

 

DISTRICT REPORTS

Please complete all these reports by March 13.

Once you have created a District Toolbox account, log in at app.nwdistrict.org to submit the following reports:

Lead Pastor Report: This report will become your church page in the delegate handbook. Questions include lifelong learning hours and basic statistical information. We also ask you to share a testimony of God’s work in your church (200-400 words).

Video Report: This is optional but encouraged. Please share a two-minute testimony of God’s work in your church. Your video should be in landscape format with volume high. For best audio quality it is best to record in a quiet room (not outdoors) and not in large spaces with lots of reverb (gyms, etc). Please upload the video in mpeg format if possible and upload it to the district dropbox. If you have any questions or difficulties with your video, please email Mark Hansher at Mark@kennewicknazarene.orgPlease submit your video by March 27.

Church Directory Form: Input contact information for the church, lead pastor, any pastoral staff, church board secretary, church treasurer, and other church officer positions (NMI President, NYI President, Children's Ministry Director, etc.).

Memorial Roll: List any deceased church members from the past year (March 2025-February 2026).

Local NMI President Report: This report is for the local NMI President to complete.

Request for Hiring/Continuing Staff: If you have pastoral staff, complete this form for annual approval. This form does NOT refer to non-pastoral staff like secretaries and janitors.

Certificate of Election: List your elected District Assembly and NMI Convention delegates and alternates. This information will be used for voting at District Assembly. Please double-check email addresses to make sure they are typed correctly.
