February's church health training with New Church Specialties Coach Lonnie Bullock will focus on Empowering Leadership and Gift-based Ministry.

EMPOWERING LEADERSHIP - This new and expanded teaching will focus on how to identify potential leaders, how to determine leadership fit, how to assure we delegate properly and how to communicate a compelling vision that will encourage leaders to step up.  We will develop next step strategy on how to create an intentional leadership development system in the church.  We will talk about how to develop a mentoring system for potential leaders and a mentoring plan to develop current leaders.

GIFT BASED MINISTRY - This new and expanded teaching will focus on how to build an integrated system of identifying, developing and releasing people to ministry based on their unique design.  We will talk about the importance of supporting and training those in ministry.  We will look at how to better celebrate those following God's design for their lives.  We will focus on moving people from doing ministry out of guilt to vision driven ministry involvement.
