"Keeping those over 40 while winning those under 40 - Reaching this Generation for Christ!"

This one day workshop is designed for pastors, lay leaders and those concerned about how to connect with and reach this generation (those under 40) for Christ while continuing to disciple and care for those who have been a part of the church (those over 40) for years.

We will focus on understanding and embracing the differences between the generations.  We will look at the world as viewed by the different lenses of the generations.  We will talk about how these differences and lenses impact and shape decision making; communication; the role of meetings; the role of volunteers; staffing; accountability; discipleship; evangelism; membership and Bible study in the local church.  We will talk about next step strategies focused on how to be more effective at reaching and keeping.  Finally, we will talk about the importance of pacing change.

Training will take place on 5 different days in 5 locations around the district. Below are the dates for each cluster - contact your cluster coach for specific details, including session times (if not already posted here) and cost of lunch.
